Sarah Sladek has been researching trends in belonging alongside social changes and shifts in demographics, economics, and consumerism since 2002. She has identified why declines in engagement occur and what organizations must do to reverse the decline to successfully plan for the future and create cultures of belonging. Sarah is the founder and CEO of Membership University, a membership research and strategy firm, and host of the Save the Associations web show. She's a regular contributor to Boardroom magazine and was featured on the list of Women Who Advance Associations. In addition, she is the best-selling author of five books and the founder and CEO of XYZ University, a research and training firm focused on generational research and the development of inclusive, inter-generational workplaces.
